sle, you can only connect to a computer with "white" IP (or, with "grey", but if and only if you can forward a corresponding port). If you have a (3rd) PC that is accessible from both PC 1 (from which you are connecting) and PC 2 (to which you are connecting), it can be used to "forward" packets from PC1 to PC2 (and vice versa).
